Am I locked into a contract?
No lock-in, ever. Plans are prepaid month to month and you can cancel anytime. We'd rather you stay because the service is good than because you're stuck.
How do you work out the price?
We come out for a free, in-person assessment, look over your lawn and garden, and match you to the right size (Small, Standard or Large) and plan. You get a clear fixed monthly price up front — no guessing, no surprises.
Do you charge by the hour?
No — we don't work to an hourly rate. Every lawn and garden is different, so we quote a fixed price for the job at your assessment. You know the exact cost up front, and it doesn't change if a visit takes a little longer — no clock-watching, no surprise bills.
Which suburbs do you cover?
Our core patch is the Bundaberg coast — Bargara, Coral Cove, Innes Park, Burnett Heads and Elliott Heads — and we service across greater Bundaberg too. Not sure if we reach your street? Book in and we'll confirm.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have access to your yard, you don't need to be there. You'll get a text before we arrive and a completion photo once we're done, so you always know what's happened.
What happens if it rains?
If the weather makes a visit unworkable, we simply move you to the next suitable day and keep you in the loop. Your fortnightly rhythm stays on track.
How and when do I pay?
Recurring plans are invoiced on the 1st of each month and prepaid for that month. Simple and predictable.
Are you insured and qualified?
Yes — fully insured, ChemCert qualified for safe and legal weed and lawn treatments, police checked, and GST registered. Your property is protected on every visit.
Do you do one-off jobs too?
Absolutely. Alongside the recurring plans we do one-off mows, overgrown clean-ups, hedge trimming, and full garden clean-ups and makeovers. Just ask at your assessment.
